Popular actress Linsey Godfrey has reportedly been hospitalized after being hit by a car in Los Angeles on Monday.
The Bold and The Beautiful star is believed to have been struck by a vehicle when it came up on the footpath after crashing into another car at a nearby junction.
According to The Los Angeles Times, Godfrey’s manager has stated that he is uncertain about the star’s exact injuries. He added that she is awake and is talking.
According to TMZ however, Godfrey was pinned underneath the car for a long period of time and later underwent surgery on her legs.
“Linsey’s currently out of surgery, her injuries are to her ankles,” a spokesperson told Highlight Hollywood.
“Fortunately, she does not have two broken legs as reports say. Her doctors say that she is expected to make a full recovery.
“She’s very lucky to get away with such minor injuries in a situation like this.”
The LAPD are said to be investigating the incident.
