The pressure is really starting to kick in for Faye Windass this week, as she starts to face the reality of her pregnancy this week.
In a clip released by show bosses ahead of Monday night’s double bill, teen Craig Tinker will try convince Faye to start thinking about the logistics of having her baby.
Faye, who has been ignoring her pregnancy, is urged by Craig to read a baby book so she can start making some decisions around her labour:
Faye (played by Ellie Leech) could become the youngest mother in the soap’s history if she decides to keep the baby.
Spekaing about the upcoming decision, a show insider told The Sun newspaper:
“This is bound to be a controversial storyline. The programme has a history of handling difficult subject matters in a sensitive and considerate way”.
Faye hasn’t had the smoothest of journeys on the show having had a turbulent family life and risked exclusion from school for bullying.
