Well, that was a windy one. Today's weather certainly did leave us craving the comfort of our sofas.
Yes, we've been waiting all day for the moment we could finally close our front door on the madness of outdoors, however, we're now stuck inside with nothing to do for the evening.
Well, fear not because there are some cracking movies on the telly tonight that will keep us all entertained and, more importantly, distracted from Storm Ali.
Whether it's comedy or romance, there's something here for everyone.
Here are five movies on the telly tonight.
1. Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Movie – RTÉ, 9.35pm
Plot: The indomitable Irish matriarch discovers that a plan is afoot by developers to buy the famous Dublin street market where her family has run a fruit and veg stall for generations. Assembling a band of eccentric allies, she plans to fight back, only to realise her daughter is not interested in taking over the family business.
2. Ocean’s Eleven – Sky One, 9pm
Plot: A suave ex-convict assembles a gang of sophisticated crooks to pull off a daring heist. He intends to rob three of Las Vegas's biggest casinos simultaneously - and also win back his estranged wife, who is now dating the ruthless owner of all three gambling establishments.
3. The Five-Year Engagement – ITV2, 9pm
Plot: A couple decides to get married, but before they can begin planning their wedding in earnest, a series of unforeseen events force them to postpone the big day. As a career opportunity leads them to make a fresh start in another part of the country, second thoughts start to surface and the altar looks a very long way away.
4. Rocky – ITV4, 9pm
Plot: Philadelphia brawler Rocky Balboa gets a shot at the world heavyweight title when current champion Apollo Creed decides to give an unknown boxer a chance in celebration of America's bicentennial.
5. The Rebound – E!, 9pm
Plot: A New York mother starts a new life in suburbia after leaving her unfaithful husband. She befriends a younger man who is still getting over being abandoned by his wife. Romance soon blossoms, but neither is sure if they are just trying to recover from their recent failed relationships.
