According to The Hollywood Reporter, the episode is going to be set mostly during the Church of Night's celebration of the winter solstice.
However, elements of the episode will still fall in line with the continuity of the original series - which makes sense, given the timing of season one of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
The first episode picks up in the lead-up to Halloween (and Sabrina's 16th birthday), with another one in the 10-episode season focusing on Thanksgiving - which takes place towards the end of November.
Basically, we're hoping for an episode of festive cheer...and answers, considering that cliffhanger.
