Kerry's Eye is reporting that the Officer of Public Works gave the go-ahead to film on the World Heritage and the island is due to be a major filming location for the upcoming film.
Unfortunately, due to the general lockdown on the Abrams set we don't have the exact details of what scenes will be shot on the island but if it is a major location, we can imagine it will be some pretty big scenes.
