It's been almost two years since season two came to an end.
But the first trailer for season three of Westworld is finally here - and is filled with new friends, new enemies and a brand new world.
The footage sees the hosts introduced into the real world, while Dolores gets ready to lead them into battle against the humans - and Maeve is told to kill her before it gets that far.
William declares that he's "gonna save the f***king world". Meanwhile, Caleb (played by Aaron Paul) is recruited by Dolores to help fight against the "person who took your future." Oh, and it all ends with Dolores and Maeve in a what-we-can-only-assume-to-be epic standoff.
“I was born into this world. And my first memories of it are pain. For my kind, there was one place we were never allowed to go. One place we were never allowed to see,” Dolores says in the voice over. “The old gods are coming. And they’re very angry.”
You can check out the trailer for season three of Westworld below. Westworld's creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy previously spoke to Entertainment Weeklyabout what fans can expect from the third season.
“This is season is a little less of a guessing game and more of an experience with the hosts finally getting to meet their makers,” Nolan promised, as he revealed a little more about Aaron Paul's new character.
“Aaron’s character will challenge Dolores’ notions about the nature of humanity,” he continued.“He’s the type of person who doesn’t get to go to Westworld.”
Joy added that there will be no time jump when season three picks up, and that we will be "looking at the aftermath of the massacre in the park."
“After all they went through to get out of the park, Dolores finally got what she wanted, so we wanted to see how she interacts with the world and what her plan is. That’s a part of the story we were excited to tell," she continued.
