Rebecca Ferguson has reportedly been cast in The Girl On The Train, based on the book by Paula Hawkins.

Rebecca Ferguson has bagged the second female lead.

According to Deadline, the Mission Impossible star will join Emily Blunt on set, while the third female lead is yet to be decided.

Emily Blunt is reportedly playing the role of Rachel, while Ferguson is said to have been cast in the role of Anna.

Emily Blunt is said to have already signed up for the film.

Kate Mara, of Fantastic Four and House of Cards fame, is just one of many names rumoured to be in the mix for the third female role.

DreamWorks picked up the rights to the novel and Marc Platt is set to produce the movie.
