Tough Times Ahead For This Home and Away Couple

Things are set to go from bad to worse for one of our favourite soap couples as Ricky and Brax face more drama in the coming weeks. Australian viewers, or those who stream the show, will know that Brax was wrongly accused of murdering a character named Dean. In the coming weeks, fans of the show will see Brax return to the Bay after failing to get Sam (the real killer) to confess to Dean's murder. Although Sam is guilty, he is determined to escape the police which leaves Brax in an impossible situation. Ricky is initially delighted to see her partner but after Ash tells her how Brax has been acting, she becomes increasingly concerned. CCTV footage obtained by the police show that Brax has broken his bail conditions and when confronted, he loses his cool with policewoman Kat and flies into a fit of rage. Ash and Brax are in hot water Brax then hears his trial is in two weeks and decides he has to leave Summer Bay leaving Ricky devastated. Bonnie Sveen spoke to TV Week saying: "Watching Brax lose control of the situation, she knows there is not a lot she can do to calm him. His reaction is everything she had hoped they had moved away from. "He is kind of having to admit defeat which is the most un-like Brax thing ever. Ricky is really grateful that Ash has defended her and her unborn child, but he is the one who involved Brax in all of this in the first place." Irish viewers will have to wait another while before these scenes are aired but already cracks are starting to show in their relationship as Brax prioritises Ash over Ricky.
