Brooklyn is one of the most anticipated Irish films of the year and we cannot wait for it to hit cinemas this November.
Based on Colm Tóibín’s novel, it tells the story of Eilis, a young woman who ends up moving to New York for work.
When she finally feels like she is settling in and creating a life for herself across the Atlantic, she receives some bad news from home which forces her to return.
During this time, she starts asking herself where she fits in best, which home she loves more, who to choose.
The film (due for release on November 6th) stars Saoirse Ronan, Domhnall Gleeson, Emory Cohen, Jim Broadbent and Julie Walters.
