Over the weekend, Netflix dropped the trailer for the upcoming season, and shared that the next season will debut in two parts, each a month apart.

"Hello, You," the streaming platform wrote in their caption. "Joe is back – but this time, please call him Professor Jonathan Moore."

It continues: "Careful Marianne... you never know who is lurking in London. Season 4 part 1 premieres Feb 10, Part 2 premieres March 10."

In the last season of YOU, Joe (Penn Badgley) and Love (Victoria Perdetti) were seemingly living the dream in suburbia, with their newborn, baby Joe. However, by the end, of it, Joe learns of Love's plot to kill him and intercepts it, and murders her and then stages his own death. He then heads to Paris, intent on finding Marianne (Tati Gabrielle).

In the trailer, we learn that Joe has assumed a new identity – Professor Jonathan Moore – and he is back to his usual sinister tricks.

"I'm not the lovable bookstore manager in New York, or the shop clerk in LA, or the doting husband in the suburbs," Joe says in the trailer. "No, not anymore."

"Allow me to introduce myself. I've gone through a bit of refinement upon crossing the pond. And living in London has allowed me to bury the past, if you will. Gone are the days of unrequited love and longing.

"No, this time around I'm focusing on academia and instruction while keeping my typical extracurricular activities strictly professional.

"One must make time to exchange ideas with like-minded colleagues. Unfortunately, with friends in high places, there usually come others attempting to climb that social ladder.

"Some may end up falling – or shall I say pushed? – to their social death."

As the trailer pans to introduce a whole new cast of characters, Joe adds: "The question is, by whom?"

We. Can'.t Wait.
