It’s arguably one of the best television series ever made so our hearts definitely skipped a beat when we heard Aaron Paul’s recent interview.
Chatting to HuffPost Live, Paul claimed that the last televised series of the cult show was not the end for Jesse and Walt and a new instalment was on the table.
“It’s out though right? I didn’t think that news was supposed to be public yet but yeah, we are doing another season,” he said.
However, he quickly revealed that he was just teasing fans and that the only chance of seeing the two characters on screen again would be in spin-off show Better Call Saul.
“No that’s a lie. That’s not happening guys, come on! Let’s be honest. I don’t think we’re going to see anymore of Breaking Bad but I hope that we might be able to play our characters again in Better Call Saul. But that’s not solidified. It’s not set in stone. There’s no plan of Jesse or Walt making an appearance in the first season of Better Call Saul.”
