The final of The Voice UK is on tonight but not everything is going to plan as one of the mentors has been struck down with a chest infection.
According to reports will.i.am isn’t feeling the best and was unable to rehearse the duet with his remaining act Lucy O’Byrne.
The Black Eyed Peas star told The Sun: “I’m ill.i.am right now. I got a cold and it turned into something worst.
“I’ve got a bronchial infection. It’s really bad. It could affect my performance, that’s the sad part of it all.”

However he is still planning to take to the stage with Lucy who is facing Stevie McCrorie, Emmanuel Nwamadi and Sasha Simone in the final.
He explained: “When you’re touring you get sick on the road. I’ve performed sick before. All you can do is be open and honest.”
The final of The Voice UK will air on BBC One from 7.00pm tonight.
