Yesterday, 9-year-old Aidan McCann from Co. Kildare wowed a packed studio and Ellen DeGeneres when he travelled to California to be interviewed by the legendary host.
The Kildare native made it to the semi-finals of Ireland's Got Talent earlier this year and although he didn't win, his impressive skills got him recognition across the Atlantic, scoring him an interview on Ellen.
Speaking on the show, Aidan revealed that he's loving his time on the West Coast, visiting the Hollywood walk of fame and basking in the Californian sun.
When asked about his magic, the youngster revealed he started messing with kits four years ago before moving to card magic.
But the highlight of the show came when Ellen gave Aidan a massive surprise. The 9-year-old looks up to America's Got Talent magician Shin Lim as one of his icons and so, he was blown away when he received a personal message from Shin Lim to come and perform on his show in Las Vegas.
It's fair to say Aidan was left speechless. Big things in store for this kid.
