Is there anyone left who hasn’t tried the viral feta tomato bake pasta yet…?

We think not.

While there are now hundreds of versions online, the original recipe can be traced back to Finnish blogger, Jenni Hayrinen.

She first posted the recipe about a year ago, but it wasn’t until this year that the recipe truly went viral, sparking such a global demand for the classic Greek cheese that stores across the world actually ran out of it.

However, feta cheese is delicious in so many ways – so don’t stop once you have mastered this recipe.
