VIDEO: This Is Why You Should Never Overtake On A Floating Bridge

Overtaking is extremely dangerous at the best of times, overtaking on a floating bridge is just sheer madness.

To say the transport infrastructure in parts of Russia isn’t the greatests, would probably be the greatest understatement ever, after watching this video.

The footage posted onto YouTube by MrWorldPranks shows cars slowly edging along a bridge engulfed in water, everything seems just about above board until a large dump truck rolls past, overtaking the vehicles, causing the bridge to sink down and water to rise, turning the Ford Focus in front into a buoy.

The car is just seconds from getting washed away, but thankfully the water level lowers again… We promise never to give out about Irish roads ever again.
