Popular ITV show ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ is set for a revival, with reports that Harry Hill will be in line to present the revamped show.
According to Digital Spy, the revived show will be produced by current rights-holders Endemol, featuring contestants impersonating famous singers on the Saturday night stage.
The show, previously hosted by Matthew Kelly, ran until 2006 and attracted audiences of millions for its live grand finals.
Despite revamping a number of older projects, ITV have not confirmed the show’s return. A spokesperson for the channel has revealed though that they are in talks with Hill about future projects, adding:
“We love working with him, but there are no confirmed programmes commissioned at this stage.”
