His idea for a potential TV dating show includes different women competing for his love.
Meanwhile, his podcast would involve him helping singletons by sharing his dos and don'ts when it comes to dating.
Shimon allegedly conned numerous women he met on Tinder, including Cecilie Fjellhøy, Ayleen Koeleman, and Pernilla Sjohol - all of whom shared their experiences in the documentary.
He would seek out women on the app, pretending to be the heir to a billion-dollar diamond company, win them over with his lavish lifestyle, and manipulate them into loaning him money.
It is understood that he stole an estimated $10 million over the years.
He was eventually sentenced to 15 months in prison for fraud, theft and forgery of documents, but was let out after five months due to good behaviour.
Shimon was never charged for the crimes he committed against Cecilie, Ayleen and Pernilla. The women have since set up a GoFundMe in order to compensate the money taken from them and have raised over £120,000.
