Sarah Jessica Parker took on the role of bridesmaid when she attended a friend and former colleague’s wedding at the weekend.
Melinda Relyea once worked as Sarah Jessica’s assistant on the Sex and the City series and she went on to become associate producer for both of the Sex and the City films.
Greenwich, Connecticut was the location for Melinda’s wedding to James Kearns with SJP sharing several Instagram snaps of the couple’s big day.

The 49-year old actress is currently filming Wild Oats alongside Shirley MacLaine and Jessica Lange but took some time out to attend her friend’s special day.
Melinda opted for a monochrome floral gown and the bridesmaids were dressed in purple dresses… a very stylish wedding!
