Hollyoaks’ Rachel Adedeji announces she’s pregnant… ‘I feel ready’

A huge congratulations are in order for Rachel Adedeji - she's going to be a mum! The Hollyoaks star announced the news that she's pregnant in Closer magazine. "I feel ready to be a mummy," she said.

"I have great family and friends around me and I'm really looking forward to bringing a baby Adedeji into this world!" Her husband, Jason Finegan added, "We are both really excited, nervous of course, but we both feel ready. A Christmas baby!" The former X Factor contestant added that her Hollyoaks co-stars are on hand to help throughout her pregnancy. "Jen and Chelsee are getting on brilliantly and have both been giving me loads of advice," she said.

"When Chelsee found out she said to me, 'It's the best thing ever, you can't imagine ever loving anything as much as you love your baby'. "Jen has been amazing - I couldn't ask for a better friend," the 25-year-old added. Rachel and Jason tied the knot in 2015, and this will be their first child together.
