The former reality star has died at the age of 23.
Valerie Fairman has reportedly died of an overdose, according to TMZ.
Reportedly, the 16 And Pregnant star was in a friend's house visiting when she went to the bathroom in Pennsylvania in the US.
Her friend went to look for her but upon hearing no response, she broke the bathroom door down to find Valerie unresponsive.
Fairman has left her 7-year-old daughter Nevaeh behind, whom she had while appearing on MTV's 16 and Pregnant.
The local coroner is said to be conducting toxicology tests to determine what caused the death but it is thought the death was caused by an overdose.
