During a gig on Friday night, Adele announced that she was headlining Glastonbury this year.
There’s one teeny tiny problem though as Rihanna’s Wembley gig takes place the night before (Friday 24th June) and Adele has banned herself from going.
Chatting on stage at London’s O2 Arena, the award-winning singer told the crowd that she might venture to RiRi’s Coventry concert instead because she doesn’t want to get ‘massively stoned’ by accident, the night before a big gig.

According to The Daily Mail, Adele told gig goers: “I love her. I’m thinking of going to Coventry to watch Rihanna because she’s playing Wembley the day before I play Glastonbury, and if I go to that, I’ll have no voice, I know it.
“All that weed in the air – I’ll get stoned. But I love her, honestly, all of that new album I love. I gotta try and see her”.
Adele is never afraid to speak her mind. Absolute legend.
