Adele has introduced Skepta to James Cordon as the pair continue to go on a string of casual dates.
The Someone Like You singer began dating the grime artist recently enough following news of her split from husband, Simon Konecki.
Adele has also seemingly introduced Skepta to her best mate, Laura Dockrill, when the group where hanging out at the Crystal Maze Experience in London last month as they celebrated Skepta’s 37th birthday.
No better way to do it, in fairness.
The Sun reports that although the romance is still very much in the early stages, things seem to be going well for the pair.
“No one saw it coming but there’s a whirlwind romance going on between Adele and Skepta,” a source told the publication.
“It’s been a bit of a brief fling so far. But these are two people who care about each other very much as friends so it’s very exciting times.
“The fact Skepta has met Laura and James seems like a positive sign. Everyone wants the best for both off them.”
Indeed.
Although Skepta’s and Adele’s pairing may have come as a surprise to some, the pair have been vaguely in each other’s lives for a few years now.
“Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going,” Skepta told ES Magazine in 2016.
The same year Adele shared a picture of Skepta to her Instagram account and captioned it: “Tottenham Boy,” followed by a rose emoji.

Adele and ex Simon called it quits earlier this year following a four year relationship.
“Adele and her partner have separated,” confirmed the singer’s representatives.
“They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment”.
The former couple have one son together, Angelo, who was born in 2012.
