Ailbhe Garrihy confirmed her pregnancy in the sweetest way

The mum announced the news on Instagram this week by sharing a photo of her sons reading a book titled There's a House Inside My Mummy.

Alongside the adorable photo, the mum wrote: "Some light bedtime reading. Feeling so blessed to be expecting baby no.3 later this year."

This is Ailbhe's third child with her husband, Ruaidhri Hehir.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2019, already have two sons, Sean (4) and Fionn (2).

Ailbhe Garrihy's followers showered the mum with loving messages following her announcement.

Ailbhe's sister, Doireann Garrihy, wrote, "The best year ever awaits."

"Ahhh this is absolutely fab news, massive congrats to you all," Carl Mullan added.

Aoibhin Garrihy added, "Another angel to love with all our hearts."

"Ah congrats Ailbhe. Two big brothers up for the job no doubt. Congratulations to you all," Susan Keogh said.

"Congratulations! Another angel to love. Another lively laugh in your house, another pair of giddy feet flitting across your floorboards. What a gift," another said.

News of her pregnancy comes after her younger sister, Doireann Garrihy, revealed she was expecting her first child.

Doireann and her husband Mark Mehigan revealed they were pregnant in a sweet Instagram post in April.

Alongside a photo of the parents-to-be holding up a sonogram, Doireann wrote: “We are beside ourselves with joy. Here’s to the greatest chapter yet.”

The Irish radio presenter married comedian Mark Mehigan in a beautiful ceremony at the K Club on November 30th.

Doireann Garrihy and Mark got engaged on November 30th, 2023.

2025 is going to be quite the special year for the Garrihy sisters.
