And The Award For Worst Dressed Goes To… MTV Awards Host Heidi Klum Get’s It Oh So Wrong In A Series Of Sartorial Fails

Model and Project Runway host Heidi Klum rarely gets it wrong on and off the red carpet but last night’s outfits at the MTV Music Awards held in her native Germany were most definitely ‘out’!

And that wasn’t the only thing that was out – the mum of four managed to expose an eye-popping selection of side boob, front boob and thigh in a series of uber- revealing outfits which barely amounted to a few strategically placed pieces of (horrible) material.

There’s no doubting that the recently single star has a rocking bod and can carry off almost any dress but last night’s selection of outfits managed to look tacky, ill-fitting and a bit try-hard and it was nearly as if Heidi is trying to show the world that she’s still got it and can keep up with the kids.

 

This Versace creation revealed more than was necessary.

The first crime against fashion started on the red carpet when the host donned a floor length blue, metallic dress by Italian fashion house Versace. Featuring gold embellished detail, a bizarre asymmetric batwing sleeve, laced up front and thigh-high slit, Heidi managed to expose nearly every body part and to add insult to injury, paired the monstrosity with hideous dominatrix style blue shoe boots.

Once the awards began and Heidi took to the stage to perform her duties as host, the horribleness kept on coming. From a cream puff-ball dress complete with black bowler hat and fingerless black gloves to a tie-die orangey yellow gown that resembled a pair of curtains circa 1972, the whole night was a complete fashion fail.  And we hate to admit it bit everything screamed mutton dressed as lamb.

 

Hands up if you think this dress is hideous.

We hope Heidi's indescretions last night were just a momentary blip and that the model and TV presenter will be back to her fashion best soon!
