"He speaks to those fighting to free Britney and discovers what that means to them, and meets the people closest to Britney herself to learn more about the person behind the headlines."
Mobeen explained: "I went to LA in search of the truth of how Britney Spears, one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, ended up in a conservatorship.
"I found myself in a world of lawyers, superfans and paparazzi and spent time with many of the people who've had a front row seat in Britney's life. This film taps into the energy of the #FreeBritney movement and questions the industry, fandom and the laws that facilitate conservatorships."
Britney has been under her dad's conservatorship since 2008, it was only supposed to be temporary but now the star has been caught up in this situation for almost 13 years without a sign of it ending.
This year it's been made very clear that the star wants to be free and have control of her own finances and life.
Britney's dad, James, has said "I have and will continue to provide unwavering love and fierce protection against those with self-serving interests and those who seek to harm her or my family."
There's no air date yet for the new documentary but it's looking like it will be ready for before the summer.Explore more on these topics:
