Could she?

Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have teased that Olivia Attwood could be returning to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! despite her shock exit.

The Love Island star was forced to leave the jungle after only 24 hours after a routine blood test showed her iron levels were worryingly low.

Despite her results at the hospital coming back normal, producers would not let her return to the show in case her levels dropped again.

Speaking on an Instagram live on Monday after the show, Ant and Dec were asked whether Olivia could return to the jungle next year.

One fan asked the duo: “Can you bring Olivia back next year? We are missing a feisty female.”

Ant replied: “That’s not a bad idea! I’m going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I’ll have an answer sometime tomorrow.”

The presenting duo were also asked if Irish football legend Roy Keane could appear on the show, to which Ant replied: “We’ve asked him on a few occasions. And he’s been close to saying yes so maybe next year could be the year! Come on Roy Keane!”

Dec added: “Roy Keane is top of our list!”

Speaking about her exit from the show, Olivia appeared on Monday’s episode of This Morning to clear up the rumours.

She said: “There’s loads [of rumours] swirling around the internet and I think ‘Olivia Attwood pregnant’ was trending on Twitter – and it’s not that I can assure you – and it’s not that exciting when it boils down to it.

“I was pulled out on my first day in main camp for a routine medical check… So I had my blood taken and the results showed that my iron was low. I was showing up as anemic.

“I was really in my element in there, and I felt healthy, so I was even more confused.

“If I had felt shaky or not well… It was all just really strange.”
