Earlier today, Dec Donnelly announced to the world that he and his wife, Ali Astall, had welcomed their first child. The presenter said that they were "thrilled" to confirm the arrival of their baby girl, Isla Elizabeth Anne, who was born on Saturday morning. And now Dec's presenting partner, Ant McPartlin, has sent a public message to the proud new parents. Using the same Twitter account that he shares with Dec, the newborn's "Uncle Ant" said:

"Welcome to the world baby Isla Elizabeth Anne. Can’t wait for cuddles. I love you already!"

Dec and Ali – the TV duo’s manager for over 10 years - began dating back in 2013 and were married in 2015.
