To be expected.
If any handsome celebrity hunk is willing to share their digits online, it’s bound to cause sheer meltdown.
So, yesterday, when Ashton Kutcher decided to share his number so he could “be real” with his fans, he swiftly had to then remove it as we presume it caused the line to crash.
Sharing his number in a now-deleted tweet, Ashton wrote:
“I miss having a real connection w/ real people. My Community. From now on you can just text me. I won’t be able to respond to everyone but at least we can be real w/ each other & I can share the unedited latest & greatest in my world.”

Ashton then revealed that “sms is a fragile beast” and he’ll repost the number soon, more than likely changing it after the influx of messages. According to Wired, who text the number when it went live; the phone number that Ashton was using comes from a service called “Community” that allows celebrites to talk to their fans and create more personal relationships.
Ashton teased yesterday that this number reveal was to change his “social media stratagey” however, many believe he’s just marketing the Community app linking people to a sign up page.
Hmmm.
