"Seeking to capitalize on the notoriety of Single Ladies with its famous line 'put a ring on it,' Defendants are selling merchandise bearing the 'FEYONCÉ' mark -- a misspelling of 'fiancé' intended to call to mind Beyoncé and her famous song.
