Bindi Irwin is going to walk down the aisle with a koala on her wedding day

Bindi Irwin has revealed she is going to be walking down the aisle at her wedding with a koala bear.

The 21-year-old announced earlier this year that she was engaged to her childhood sweetheart, Chandler Powell. And during a recent appearance on Good Morning America, Bindi revealed they will be saying 'I do' at the Australia Zoo - which is where they met and where they got engaged. Oh, and she also revealed she will be walking down the aisle with a koala bear. "I’m not sure how many people have walked down the aisle with a koala, but we may be setting some new trends for weddings from here on out," she said. "We're so excited. It's where we met and where we got engaged so it only makes sense that we'd have it at Australia Zoo," Chandler said. "I think this wedding is going to be unique because it's going to be at the zoo with tons of animals." It comes after her brother, Robert, revealed he would be walking her down the aisle. Late last month, Bindi shared a glimpse of her gown as she told her followers that she had "said yes to the dress."

And by glimpse, we mean a very, very small glimpse: the photo shows the lace sleeve of her dress, as well as her engagement ring. Robert retweeted the image, adding that he couldn't wait to walk his younger sister down the aisle.
