Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Tie The Knot After a Year Long Love Affair

That didn’t take long! Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on a US farm only one year after they were first publically linked.

The couple married at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina last night and Florence and the Machine sung three songs in the couple’s honour at the elegant reception.

The Gossip Girl star’s mother and sister were spotted in the town on Saturday, which prompted speculation that the famous couple was up to something.

Blake and Ryan recently purchased a house in New York

Blake, 25, and Ryan, 35, recently purchased a home together in New York but are extremely private about their personal life.

The famous two work out together each morning and frequently travel to visit their families in Vancouver and New York.

The pair has been inseparable since they first announced their relationship last year and both starred in 2011’s Green Lantern.

This is not Ryan’s first time walking down the aisle as he was married to Lost in Translation star Scarlett Johansson for two years. The couple divorced in 2010.
