The actress stepped out for the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Looking as flawless as ever, Lively showed off her baby bump in a gold sequin midi dress.
She paired her look with cream platform Mary Janes and a gold headband.
The Simple Favour star has yet to confirm how many months pregnant she is.
This is Blake’s fourth child with husband and fellow actor Ryan Reynolds.
The couple first met when they were filming Green Lantern together in 2010. They started dating in October 2011 and then tied the knot in 2012.
Blake and Ryan are already parents to three daughters- James (7), Inez (5), and Betty (2).
