Blake has three daughters with her husband Ryan Reynolds.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds recently announced they were expecting their fourth child together.
The couple is already parents to three daughters, 7-year-old James, 5-year-old Inez, and 2-year-old Betty.
The couple are hoping to welcome a baby boy into their family.
A source told US Weekly that Blake and Ryan really want to have a son.
“They are hoping for a boy this time around, but, of course, they just want a healthy baby, no matter the gender.
“They love being parents,” the source added.
“The timing is perfect because all of their kids are two years apart so they’re keeping with the pattern.”
Following her pregnancy announcement, the Gossip Girl star called out paparazzi who were waiting outside her home.
They were trying to take photos of the expectant mum, but she said it was freaking both her and her children out.
Alongside personal photos of her pregnancy, including one of her and Taylor Swift, Lively slammed the paparazzi for harassing her family.
