Anyway, Hana and Brooklyn confirmed their romance last night when they stepped out at the British Fashion Awards afterparty in London.
Holding hands and looking like a pair of stunners, they made their way from the party to their waiting car where they were then driven away.

This comes a few months after Brooklyn was linked to musician Lexy Panterra.
Ex Chloe Grace Moretz took a slight dig at the pair a few months back saying that she wasn’t a massive fan of “PDA” despite the fact that she and Brooklyn were all over each other’s social media when they were dating originally.
