Bruce Willis has delighted fans by appearing in his first social media post since announcing his retirement from acting earlier this year.
The Die Hard star’s decision to leave show business came after he was diagnosed with aphasia, a disorder that affects one’s ability to communicate.
Willis’ ex-wife Demi Moore took to her Instagram yesterday, and posted a series of sweet photos of Bruce spending time with his family.
Bruce and Demi were married in 1987, and they had three daughters together – Rumer, Scout and Tallulah. Bruce and Demi separated in 1998 and filed for divorce in 2000. They have, however, remained good friends.
In 2009, Bruce married Emma Heming, and they have two daughters – Mabel Rey and Evelyn Penn.
In the photos shared by Demi, Bruce is joined by all of his children, and his wife Emma.

“We are FAMILY!” Demi wrote, captioning the post. “Getting into the holiday spirit!”
In the comments, Emma wrote: “What a fun evening.”
Rumer announced earlier this year that her father has retired from acting following his diagnosis.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote: “To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities.
“As a result of this and with much consideration Bruce is stepping away from the career that has meant so much to him.
“This is a really challenging time for our family and we are so appreciative of your continued love, compassion and support. We are moving through this as a strong family unit, and wanted to bring his fans in because we know how much he means to you, as you do to him.
“As Bruce always says, ‘Live it up’ and together we plan to do just that.”
