You showed them Karen!
Karen Koster is one of Ireland’s most instantly recognisable TV personalities. The affable blonde is most often seen at the helm of TV3’s flagship entertainment show Xposé and has cropped up on several other high-profile occasions, including the station’s Christmas Toy Show.
But it hasn’t all been plain sailing for the star.
Taking to Twitter this week, mum-of-one Karen shared a rejection letter she received in 2003.

It turns out the role in question went to a fellow young female presenter, RTÉ’s Sinead Kennedy.
Just remembered, @imsineadkennedy got this gig. Damn her fresh young talent. — Karen Koster (@karenkoster) June 29, 2015
But what’s for you won’t pass you…
