And now, none other than pop queen Lady Gaga has invited her boyfriend’s family to Italy, and her friends are convinced it is for marriage.  

The eccentric pop star who will play at the Aviva in Dublin this weekend, has reportedly invited her boyfriend Taylor Kinney’s family to her show in Italy next month.

Gaga will be performing in Milan, but is hoping to spend quality time with Taylor and his family in the picturesque city of Venice.

According to The Sun, Gaga's friends are "convinced" she's looking at potential wedding venues in the European country while she's visiting.

"Lady Gaga has been talking non-stop of her passion for Venice and how romantic it is," a source said.

“She is hoping to visit lots of churches with Taylor. When she does get married it will be in Italy. Some of her close friends and family are also hoping to fly over, so this could well be it."

The 26-year-old star and Taylor celebrated their one-year anniversary last month.
