Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson rip into Insta trolls over homophobic comments

And that's how it's done.

Anna O'Rourke

Sigh.

Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson were on the receiving end of some fairly nasty abuse online this weekend and we are happy to report that they did not take it lying down.

A page on Instagram shared a screengrab of the two girls messing and posted a pretty nasty message about the pair, claiming that Cara was disrespectful towards Ashley.

“Every week there is something disrespected towards @AshleyBenson. I’m so glad Ashley is not around Cara anymore. @CaraDeleprivate is always so disrespectful. Ashley deserves better,” the user wrote.

Another user troll jumped on board, calling Cara a devil and saying that Ashley “needed a man.”

“I’m serious you need to stay away from that devil and never go back…You are not like this. You aren’t gay you love men and you need one.”

Lovely.

Ashley was the first to clap back, commenting; “you need to mind your own business. Stop making things up.”

Cara went further, accusing the trolls of homophobia.

“You are f*cking disgusting! If you have a problem with true love then come and say this sh*t to my face instead pathetically hating through Instagram.

“I genuinely feel sorry for you both, you are clearly not happy with your lives and have far too much time on your hands. Maybe get a hobby that doesn’t involve being homophobic and hating others for being happy.”

Though they’ve never confirmed their relationship, Ashley and Cara have been linked for almost a year.

They have kept evidence of their relationship pretty minimal and going by the hatred that’s still out there, it’s not too hard to see why.
