Titanic singer Celine Dion has reportedly refused her chance to perform at the future inauguration ball.
According to The Wrap, a friend to Trump and Las Vegas hotelier Steve Wynn promised to have Celine on side for the gig, but she declined the invitation.
Other stars that reportedly turned down the chance to perform in honouring Trump on January 20th include Andrea Boccelli, Garth Brooks and Elton John.
Boris Epshteyn of the Presidential Inaugural Committee seemed to be hopeful for the events that will begin in the new year.
“First class entertainers are eager to participate in the inaugural events,”
“The inauguration as a whole will be an exciting and uniting celebration of freedom and democracy. We will be releasing further details at the appropriate time.”
