Chanelle Hayes has been quite open about her struggle with her weight in recent years, having admitting to yo-yo dieting and going from a size 8 to 18. Speaking to Closer magazine a few months ago, the former reality star said: "I bend over to dry my legs after a shower and my belly is touching my knees!" before saying that she will be starting to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Well, whatever plan she stuck too has worked as Chanelle shared a side by side photo of her recent transformation. In one picture, she can be seen wearing distressed black denim jeans, along with a yellow top, and in the after photo she has dolled herself up in skinny jeans, a pink blouse, with heels and a curly blow dry. She wrote: "I am absolutely BUZZING at my progress so far. Slow and steady is definitely winning the race. Check out @celebrityslimuk to begin your journey from before to after!" Chanelle previously said that she was 16 stone when discovering she was pregnant with her youngest child, but had low iron levels which made it difficult to exercise. After giving birth to Frankie, she kept taking iron tablets until she was well enough to workout, and hasn't stopped since.
