Chappell Roan has been in a private relationship

Appearing on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Pink Pony Club singer confirmed she's been in a relationship with someone for some time.

Host Alex Cooper asked how long she had been with her partner, and she revealed they'd been together for six months.

She also revealed that it's a serious relationship and she's very in love.

She added, "It’s serious because I’m very in love."

Roan has not confirmed who her partner is and will likely keep their name out of the media.

The singer is notoriously private about her personal life.

She did reveal that a friend introduced her to her partner but they weren't "set up."

This is the first time the singer has dated someone since her immense rise to fame.

"I haven’t dated someone since this all like really blew up. I’m dating the same person that I was dating before I got, like, ‘it’ blew up. I’m not sure how I would date now. I think it would actually be a nightmare."

She told host Alex Cooper that although she's now in love, she is still pro-single.

She shared: "But I am pro-single. Everyone should be single. Stop dating, be single. Have a great time alone.

Roan continued, "Find out for yourself if you can 100% be okay alone. That’s what I found out. I had a great time when I was single."
