Chris Brown Finally Allowed To Leave the Philippines Following Fraud Allegations

The star took to social media to plead for his release.

Chris Brown has been given the green light to leave the Philippines after being detained for two days in Manila. 

The singer was forced to stay on the islands following fraud claims made against him and concert promoters after a cancelled performance.

Chris has a one-year-old daughter, Royalty. 

Christian group ‘Iglesia ni Cristo’ claim they booked the 26-year-old for a New Year’s Eve concert but that he failed to show up.

However, Chris took to Twitter to protest his innocence and beg for help in tweets which have since been deleted.

Brown also announced on the social media site that his upcoming concert in Jakarta would be rescheduled due to “safety concerns”.

Elaine Tan, spokeswoman for the Immigration Bureau, has confirmed that the Grammy award-winning singer has now obtained a certificate that allows him to leave the country.
