Hours after their baby’s birth, the singer rushed to perform at a private concert.

“What a blessed day,” he added.

The doting dad admitted that he “didn’t get a lot of sleep” but “feels energized” following the birth of their baby.

Legend said he spent a lot of time at the hospital before his concert.

The couple has yet to confirm their child’s gender or name.

Chrissy and John suffered a heartbreaking pregnancy loss in October 2020.

Chrissy and John tragically lost their baby boy Jack at 20 weeks.

Announcing her pregnancy in August, Teigen said the last few years have been tough on her family.

“The last few years have been a blur of emotions, to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way.

“Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still.

The mum said, “I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing.”

Chrissy and John are also parents to son Miles Theodore (4) and daughter Luna Simone (6).
