Legendary British comedian Ronnie Corbett has died.
Ronnie passed away this morning at the age of 85, surrounded by his family.
According to The Guardian, his publicist released this statement on his death:
“Ronnie Corbett CBE, one of the nation’s best-loved entertainers, passed away this morning, surrounded by his loving family.
“They have asked that their privacy is respected at this very sad time.”
Ronnie rose to fame as the second half of the comedy duo The Two Ronnies. His comedy partner Ronnie Barker died in 2005.
