American actress Misty Upham has been reported missing, after failing to make contact with friends or family for the last week.
The star, who appeared in Frozen River and August: Osage County, called police last Sunday from her apartment in Washington but had left the property before they arrived.
Upham has now been formally reported as missing and her family have released a statement.
"She has not been in contact with her family or friends since her disappearance. We are doing everything within our means to bring our daughter home safe.”
