Couple Spark Engagement Rumours with Heart-Shaped Ring

She has been married before and he is known for being a bit of a ladies’ man but Katy Perry and John Mayer have set tongues wagging that they are going to settle down together.

That’s right, the Wide Awake songstress has been spotted wearing a ring on THAT finger!

 

The pair looked very cosy at the Grammys last week.

According to reports Mayer gave Perry the heart-shaped ruby ring after a romantic meal on Valentine’s Day and recently said that he does want to get married.

However a source has been quick to shoot down the engagement rumours insisting that the couple, who have been dating since last year, will not be walking down the aisle just yet.

 

Perry has been down the aisle already with funny man Russell Brand.

It seems the piece of jewellery is a sign of Mayer’s love and commitment but isn’t a marriage proposal.

While we’re glad to hear that they’re not rushing into anything, we have a feeling that Perry’s ruby could be replaced by a diamond sooner rather than later…
