The latest update from Celebrity Big Brother is that David Gest has left the house.
The news was confirmed this morning by a Channel 5 spokesperson and it’s thought that David’s absence will be addressed in tonight’s show.
A spokesperson said: : “Due to medical reasons, David Gest has decided to leave the Celebrity Big Brother House. His exit will appear in tonight’s show on Channel 5 at 9pm”.
David’s Twitter account also confirmed the news.

As fans of the show know, David had been feeling unwell in recent days and had been declared exempt from a number of tasks.
