David Harbour breaks silence on Lily Allen ‘marriage problems’

David Harbour and Lily Allen met on celebrity dating app Raya

The couple were hit with split rumours earlier this month after a source told the British press that they've barely spent any time together in recent months. The source also claimed that the pair were "living separate lives".

However, the actor has since shut down those claims in a new interview with People.

Harbour said being married to the award-winning singer is "so great" and said they're growing closer.

He told People: "Ultimately, it's very good because you get to know someone.

"But, let me tell you, my wife likes it when I go to work because it's nice for her to have her life and me to have my life and for us not to just annoy each other by being around all the time."

Harbour also gushed about raising Allen's two daughters- Marnie and Ethel- saying it is the greatest honour.

He said being their stepfather is an incredible thing.

"We get to raise them and stuff, and as our marriage continues, we grow closer and closer."

Harbour and Allen tied the knot during the Covid-19 pandemic in Las Vegas. They were joined by Allen's two daughters at their extremely cool and intimate Vegas wedding.

Last month, an insider claimed the pair were having marriage issues.

A source told The Sun: "When she went back to the US with them, there was no sign of David.

“Lily and David have barely been together for the past three months and have been living separate lives."

Lily Allen and David Harbour have been together since 2019. The couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary in September.
