Reports today say that Dina Lohan, mother to actress Lindsay Lohan, is in "final negotiations" to take part in this year's Celebrity Big Brother. However, Lindsay isn't happy about the news and "flipped out at her mom" after hearing her plans, according to TMZ. The website reports that Lindsay told Dina "she had no right to come to England" because she's a "bad influence". Lindsay isn't happy!
