Since reports first emerged that Kylie Jenner was pregnant in September, fans of the beauty entrepreneur have been eagerly awaiting details.
However, Kylie has shunned the spotlight entirely since and when the 20-year-old didn’t make an appearance on the annual Kardashian/Jenner Christmas card, rumours reached a new level entirely.
Now, a source close to the clan has spoken out and given an insight into why Kylie might have decided to keep this news to herself.
Speaking to Us Weekly, the close friend explained:
“She’s very happy about the pregnancy but she doesn’t want to share this with the world.
But fans can rest easy, the star looks great and is in good health. Her not being out is strictly personal preference. She wants to keep this one aspect of her life private”.
As the insider pointed out, Kylie was thrust into the public eye ten years ago when she first appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians so it stands to reason that she might now want to take a back seat.
In recent weeks, speculation has grown about whether the reality TV star and her boyfriend Travis Scott have split.
Apparently, they split over Christmas but there hasn’t been any official confirmation as of yet.
